ZOLL is excited to announce the release of RescueNet ePCR v6.3!

This release of RescueNet ePCR is designed for customers who are reporting NEMSIS 3.4 data or are in a country/territory that doesn’t utilize the NEMSIS standard.

If your state does NOT yet accept NEMSIS 3.4 data (i.e. accepts only NEMSIS 3.3.4 data) do not upgrade to this release until your state starts to accept it.

  • Known states for this: Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, & West Virginia

WHAT’S NEW?

  • NEMSIS 3.4 support and compliance
  • Support for customers that don’t follow the NEMSIS standard
  • Enhanced IBP data import from X Series devices
  • Login attempt lockout for WebPCR
  • New Canada incident report form
  • Improved installers and bug fixes

If you will be upgrading from v5.x to v6.x and have not already scheduled a scope call with our support team, please send an email to support@zoll.com to set this call up at least 3 weeks prior to your upgrade.

If you have already upgraded from 5.x to 6.x and you’re interested in upgrading to 6.3, please email support@zoll.com with the subject line “ePCR 6.3 FTP Request”. A support representative will be reaching out to you to provide you the material. Please be patient while these requests are fulfilled.
